Great experience purchasing my new Cadillac Escalade I was not looking forward to buying a new car because I expected the high pressure sales tactics. Harold and Matt were able to answer many question that I had in recent days on my return trip to the dealer to install and order products from the truck center where Rysa helped me with what I wanted. New truck We had so many issues with add on's we had done at the truck center. They were friendly but the quality of work was horrible. They didnt seem to care about my issues, I took my truck to service also because my truck wouldn't pass smog 3x. Rodney in service was the best experience we had at GMC. With all the issues we had with our brand new truck he worked hard at trying to make it all perfect. He deserves to be recognized by this company.
