My Buick is even "newer" than I thought I could afford. Keith Myers couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Because we would be in Mexico for 3 winter months, we told him we would be ready in the Spring. After returning we started checking what was available at the Reno Cadilac/Buick lot, as well as other lots. When we stopped in to see Keith he made sure we saw (and drove) the 2007 Lucerne even though it was beyond my budget. "Harold" took us out that day. He was very pleasant and courteous. And the car drove wonderfully. Later that afternoon Keith kept working the deal until it fit just right. Thank You Keith. However, I'm still waiting for the list of mechanical and other service items performed on the car before we purchased. I like my records to be current on any vehicle we own.
