That said, some of the associates behind the desks seem to struggle with returning phone calls and getting back to customers. Though I've had two such experiences it's been a great relief to find Ian Bullard, assistant manager. Ian has been conscience, friendly, prompt and incredibly responsive, even in an uncomfortable situation for which he was not responsible. I want to be an on-going customer, and it seems we might be on the right track now. Thanks, Ian! More
