Not sure what service this is for exactly so I’ll leave an overall review. When I purchased my car my sales associate was not much help with the whole process. After I purchased it I had realized the c an overall review. When I purchased my car my sales associate was not much help with the whole process. After I purchased it I had realized the car was missing a piece of the front grill to cover the hook. It was such a hassle to get it replaced. She eventually agreed to put on one but put it on half assed & by the time I got home it was gone again. Then it was an even bigger hassle to get them to give me one. I was calling every week & they never even ordered it. I got it eventually & they came with a ton of attitude from my sales person that I had to deal with. The manager said eventually for the inconvenience I would get 3 free oil changes & tire rotations. They apparently didn’t tell anyone that info so it was never put in the system so I don’t have that offer. I asked for my tires to be rotated & they did not do that. I asked how much it would be & they did not give me an answer on that. I also never received a call to tell me that my car was ready & I had to call over an hour after they said it would be done & they said “oh yeah it’s done” The service guy also let me know that I don’t buy the package for service. Even though I bought every single coverage package they offered & was told I did but he said “you basically bought every package under the sun except that one, so the finance guy probably just messed up somewhere” so now again I’m inconvenienced but another employees screw up. My mom bought a car there right after me as well & had a completely different experience & she got all the extras added on that I had also wanted. Overall I guess it depends on who you get there if you get the right treatment. More
