Lies and Terrible Customer Service Military member here. This is my first bad review of any company/dealership. In a nut shell, I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago and was promised a pri Military member here. This is my first bad review of any company/dealership. In a nut shell, I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago and was promised a price prior to arriving to the dealership (which was 4 hours away) and once I arrived they said they could only go to ***** (which was an extra $250). Next, I noticed a puncture in the back leather seat. They told me that they would replace the whole back seat (not just the seat cover) and they really wanted me to drive back to get it replaced. I was fine with that since it would save them a little money. Ultimately I drove 4 hours back (took a day off) and they JUST replaced the cover (not the whole seat as agreed). I was told, "Thats the best we can do for you." They also required my Government orders and Pay stub to Mail to the DMV in Washington State for my license plates. They accidentally sent my Orders (with my DOB and Social Security number) to some random location in Oregon and was unable to recover my personal information. I was furious because in the Military we have integrity so I contacted GM in Detroit and they talked with the dealership and Reno GMC ended up replacing my back seat. Prior to replacing the back seat I told them that I don't want to drive 4 hours and take another day off of work to replace a seat that should have been replaced 6 months ago. They offered to drive my vehicle, but I was uncomfortable with that considering a stranger would be driving my car for 8 hours. I said I would drive the vehicle, but I'm not doing it for free (I need more than gas and a rental car) since I'm taking a day off work and leaving my family. The service member said the sales team will, "Take really good care of me and sweeten the deal since you are going out of your way." After all of this, I dropped of my car after taking a day away from my family and to hear from the sales person say, "I don't know what you want us to do, I can buy your lunch I guess." Oh yeah, and they forgot to fill up my gas tank and wash my car (I reminded them, but denied the car wash because I just wanted to leave at that point). These are only a few issues I had with this dealership! Military member stay away. Zero integrity and accountability. More
