I had unexpected car trouble on my way to Reno from Vacaville and needed to get my car in quickly to diagnose the problem so I could make it home the I had unexpected car trouble on my way to Reno from Vacaville and needed to get my car in quickly to diagnose the problem so I could make it home the next day. Nick in the service department was very professional and kind. He even took the extra time to update me on my shuttle ride back to the dealership. The two young men (Oz and ?)who drove the shuttle were also kind and understanding when I misdirected them to my drop off and pick up place.
