There were a few people before me, so once the rep was available, he did all the final registration for service. This process was extremely smooth and efficient. Service took less than an hour and was very thorough. The service rep went through all the service completed and identified some items that will need to be looked at for the next regular service. Then, after we test drove one I really liked, we started checking dealer discounts and found another truck that was the same, except had a few more upgrades and was a very similar price! More

I received the notice in March of 2016, and the replacement was installed in August 2017. This may seem like a long time, but considering that there are only approx. 18,000 of these Belgian GM Saturns in the USA, and that GM seems to be finally out of the "Captive Import" business as they recently sold Opel to Citroen, I don't think that 16 months is too awful.... yeah right! but don't blame this dealer. I live at the Lake and to leave the vehicle is not an option. I asked to speak to the service manager. After talking to the service manager, he intervened and got my truck in right away and took care of any misunderstanding on the service representatives' part. I was out the door with the repairs done in under an hour. More
