I felt very respected, honored and educated. I had done a great deal of research before I called and arrived at the dealership... but have never bought I'll Corvette before.... They are a breed of their own :-) and I was in a sea of confusion with many little things.... The salesperson who I spoke to and then met when I arrived Phil lion I figured you would be like any other sales person and try and manipulate me into buying the car.... He knew what he was doing :-) he did not at all he made me feel very respected, honored and appreciated... There was no manipulation or games at all.... He took probably two hours to slowly answer any question show me every button even things I didn't ask about he walked through and went through every detail of the car .... I'm so grateful now because it would taken hours and hours and hours to look up the answers he gave me to questions I didn't even know I needed to ask...... I would definitely highly recommend this dealership More

Phil even helped us get more money for our old car and then went even further by offering to meet us at dealership after hours so we could pick up our new car. We had a long drive and he offered to meet us pretty late. The guy knows his business he’s straight to the point very friendly and when he’s selling you a car he’s looking to make you happy. When I purchase again this will definitely be my first stop. More

Avoid buying from here So, before I write all of this, I want to admit my own fault for buying the car. I was in a huge time crunch and did not have the typical couple of we So, before I write all of this, I want to admit my own fault for buying the car. I was in a huge time crunch and did not have the typical couple of weeks to shop around for a car, so I guess I got what I deserved. I will say, though, that the salesman I bought the car from was very nice and did everything he could to help me. However, upon purchasing the car I was very happy...until I was about 2 miles from my house. The check engine light came on and I should have known this wouldn't end well. From that point on, I spent two weeks taking my car to their mechanic (who is an awesome mechanic) and he did everything he could to help me, too. As it turns out, the car had been modified and I had to pay $600 to tune it so it would properly function. Not only that, but the car has been leaking water all over the passenger side floorboard if I turn the air conditioner on and has destroyed the carpet. Now I'm going to have to pay several hundred more dollars, if not more, to have that fixed and replaced. Looking back, it makes sense why they didn't let me drive the car more than once for a couple miles: the computer system needed 20 miles before it ran diagnostics and kicked on the check engine light, and the air conditioning wouldn't have enough time to back up, either. Again, I'll admit my own fault for not doing more research, but is it wrong to assume that a company selling expensive cars would properly fix them before selling them, and, even if there was a problem, they would fix it for you? I thought these things would be a basic principle for any business, but I was very wrong. If you are trying to decide on purchasing a corvette, I'm not saying not to go here, but if you do, make sure you take the car to your own mechanic and have it assessed before buying; or, at least do your research and know that Corvette Wearhouse is likely not being truthful in the quality of their product. Don't make the same mistakes I did. More

K, Read ALL negative reviews & initially didn't want anything todo with this business - then went to a actual dealer review site & guess what - the G K, Read ALL negative reviews & initially didn't want anything todo with this business - then went to a actual dealer review site & guess what - the GOOD folks @ CW scored 4.5 out of 5 stars on 60+ reviews. Thus I contacted them - spoke with Pauly - extremely nice & a two time cancer survivor - thus - he knows a thing or two about treating folks with kindness & dignity. He kept me informed about the four Corvette's which I saw on their site - sadly - due to issues with my lender in which I couldn't secure my funds in time - CW sold all 4 before I could get there - can't blame them - they have a business to run & business is business - they need to keep their sales up in order to offer the volume & prices which they offer. Speaking of their business model - it's built on the CarMax model - thus - the price you see is the price you pay - you need to be comfortable & respectful of this business model - it's actually very common with most dealers whom sell Corvette's across the US - thus - I'd suggest don't go into CW & start beating them up - it's not going to work & then post negative reviews - they have a business to run & I'd suggest you'd treat it that way. Final comments - I "almost" did buy a Corvette from these good folks - in the end - it wasn't "just" the one I wanted - I'm looking for a very specific blend of price / colour / options / condition etc - thus - it's going to take awhile & I'm comfortable with that. I can honestly say - "if" they did have the perfect Vette - I would gladly have put down my collective $$$ - 60+ positive reviews & testimony's + consider this - when I was in their shop - twice - each time - there were Vette's rolling out with satisfied customers - three the first time & two the second time - so - these guys ARE doing something right or they would not have stayed in business. More

I pulled in and saw the most amazing grey colored Corvette I've ever seen. Mind you I'm not a Corvette guy at all but this specific car caught my eye. I parked and took a look at the gray Vette. Holy cow it had a rich beautiful red leather interior, really nice alloy wheels, brakes ect. I though I better move away from this beauty it could be a customers. To my surprise it wasn't, a nice guy came out to the parking lot named Paul. He said to me that's the perfect Corvette for me I responded yes it is but my wallet says otherwise. I explained that my visit was a mistake and brake from the traffic and he invited me into the main showroom. WOW what a nice dealer. Never knew they had over 200 Corvettes inside their building. However I still didn't think I could afford any of these beautiful Vettes in here. I sat down with Paul after my tour of the dealer and crunched a few numbers. Surprised again I could actually afford to finance one of the 3 Corvettes I liked. To sum this up I received great customer service and a change of mind about Corvettes. I set my appointment with Paul and will be back in 2 weeks to proceed with my purchase. More

GM is Pauly—— he is rude and will not listen to the customer He is always tryin to cover his as— and those of Phil and Olivia. We bought a car off on the ad on the net. Did not get to see the car until closing time. Called around 10am and advised we would be there between 2-2:30. Olivia said it had to have the oil changed that they had just received this car, We arrived at 2:15.car was not there. Car advertised as excellent showroom condition and highly maintained——-, navigation system. Car arrived at 5pm. Wheels scared,scratches, foggy headlights ( we paid $80.so we could dive the car at night). Olivia said navigation system was aftermarket and she didn’t know anything about it. After taking the car to the dealer of the aftermarket system,we were told it did not have the system at all. Tried calling several times and Pauly tells we were told about the nav system (we were not). Olivia referred us to Pauly. Pauly says we are liars and should grow up. We ask to talk to Douglas Ernest and he says to ball at 6. They close at 5, Phil says he use to be the GM and things are never worked out and whatever Pauly says is what it is. We advised we wanted to return the car and we were told we they would buy it for much les than we paid. After one week this is crazy.Please do yourselves a favor and Deal with a more honest dealer. This will save you much misery , More
