Great Salesman, Disappointing Business Practices – 2017 Z06 Purchase I recently purchased a 2017 Corvette Z06 with the 3LZ and CFV carbon fiber ground effects package from your dealership. First, I want Z06 Purchase I recently purchased a 2017 Corvette Z06 with the 3LZ and CFV carbon fiber ground effects package from your dealership. First, I want to acknowledge that Jeremy, the salesman I worked with, was excellent – courteous, responsive, and professional. However, my overall experience has left me questioning the integrity of the dealership's business practices. Having been in the bodyshop industry for over 44 years, I specifically asked about any prior damage or paintwork. I was assured the vehicle had none and was rigorously inspected due to your Corvette specialization. I trusted this assurance. When viewing photos online, I noticed the car lacked a spoiler – which struck me as odd, since the CFV package includes a carbon fiber front bumper spoiler. I inquired about this, and Jeremy stated it was cracked and would be replaced. That seemed reasonable at the time. However, when the car arrived in NC, it was a different story. The delivery process was less than ideal (the transport company was clearly cutting corners), and upon inspection, I found poorly executed touch-up work on the front bumper — enough to explain why the spoiler might have been damaged in the first place. Yet more troubling was that the “replacement” spoiler was a cheap $100 Stingray base model part, not the $2,400 OEM carbon fiber piece the car came with from the factory. To make matters worse, when questioned, Jeremy claimed they had no idea what spoiler was originally on the car. If that’s true, how could they have said the original was “cracked”? I was also told that he never told me it was cracked... that was right up until I copy and pasted our text message. Either they knew and cheaped out on the replacement, or they didn’t know and guessed. Neither reflects well on a Corvette-specialty dealership. This isn’t just about a spoiler — it’s about trust. You’re selling a premium vehicle with specific factory equipment. Swapping a high-end part for a budget one after promising a replacement is unacceptable. It’s akin to replacing Z06 tires with budget rubber from a big-box store and hoping the buyer won’t notice. I love the car itself, but as someone who knows the industry inside and out, this type of shortcut undermines the value you claim to provide. Whether it was an oversight or intentional cost-cutting, the bottom line is this: I expected honesty and a factory-correct vehicle — especially when paying a premium to buy from a so-called Corvette expert. I came in on a Friday afternoon, and let me tell you the traffic was absolutely brutal. No matter which direction I came from, it was a mess. It honestly took me nearly an hour just to go on a short test dr traffic was absolutely brutal. No matter which direction I came from, it was a mess. It honestly took me nearly an hour just to go on a short test drive, which was really frustrating since I was on a tight schedule. That being said, once I finally got out and was able to drive the car, I was happy with how it ran. This C6 is amazing! I just had to buy it. Thanks Brian for all the help. And thanks for stopping off at that Taco truck. I was starving. More
Came to Corvette Warehouse just to look and somehow I left with a Corvette. Ended up getting pulled over on the test drive! Thankfully, the cop was cool about it. We were all laughing even the officer sa left with a Corvette. Ended up getting pulled over on the test drive! Thankfully, the cop was cool about it. We were all laughing even the officer said, “Yeah, I get it, it’s a Vette.” Moral of the story. If you’re not careful, you’ll end up driving one home. Jeremy was my salesman and he was great! More
Love the selection, it’s like a playhouse for Corvette owners. But for kids they don’t have a play area. They need an area with toys or someplace for them to hang out. I saw some kids bored out of their minds touching all the cars. I have to hand it to Paulie when he showed me my new C8 Corvette. He walked up and gave them a couple lollipops and they settled right down. This is what I expect from a dealership. Taking care of buyers and future buyers. That little gesture goes along way. I’m glad I bought my C8 from here. Thanks guys! More
BUYERS BEWARE! !! If you buy a Corvette at Corvette Warehouse you will have to purchase a $995.00 anti-theft system. The cars have Onstar. No need for this system t !! If you buy a Corvette at Corvette Warehouse you will have to purchase a $995.00 anti-theft system. The cars have Onstar. No need for this system that is just extra profit for the dealership. The system is screwed into my dash at a crooked angle. Now I have holes in my dash! I wanted to use my own Credit Union. They said that they can not do the tax, title, and license since I am an out of state buyer. My Credit Union will not do the loan if the dealer will not do the licensing. I had to use their bank. Funny thing, Now they can do the out of state licensing. They screwed me on the financing. Banks give the dealer points. They can use the points to lower the rate for the customer or keep the points for extra profit. They kept all of the points. I refinanced the car for 4 percentage points lower rate! The Corvette I purchased was priced above book. I asked for more for my trade. They told me that they could not do that since they did not mark their cars up much and worked on a tight margin. Total lie! The gave me $51,000 and are selling it for $57,995. HUGE markup. I work in the car business. I know that they are there to make money. But that is obscene! The Corvette I bought had had an oil change. It was over filled by 1.5 quarts. The cabin and air filter are dirty. No reconditioning. The Corvette that I traded in was a 2 owner car. They are advertising it as a 1-owner car. Total lie. Be very careful! Or better yet, Don't buy here! More
Went to look at a vehicle on the lot, very nice and clean, it took a while to actually speak with someone as I assume a sale was being conducted by the only person I saw when I arrived. I assume the ge clean, it took a while to actually speak with someone as I assume a sale was being conducted by the only person I saw when I arrived. I assume the gentleman that helped me was a manager and he showed me the vehicle and test drove. He then said “Pauly” would help me with the rest of the process, Pauly was with another customer at the time and I was waiting off to the side, they concluded their conversation we began and he informed me of the price he said “no haggle” and I said okay well it’s over the market value but I’m interested if there’s some movement. He reiterated “we’re at or below market value on ALL of our vehicles” and he stood up from his desk. I asked to see the KBB for the market value and he pulled up the CarFax report from their website. I said “that’s great and it’s in phenomenal shape but can you pull up the market value?” I pulled out my phone to show that even CarGurus had it listed as overpriced. He clearly wasn’t hearing any of it and made a snarky remark of “I’m not considering coming off the price” as I was leaving and had said “y’all have my information please reach out if there’s a change in price or ‘market value’ of the car because I’m still interested.” He also kept mentioning that the price was based on “world market value” I was curious and asked what that meant and me kinda rolled his eyes back when I’d ask questions about the vehicle and how they conducted sales as there was a light on during the test drive. I’m very HAPPY with the car BUT, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was a dealership tech for 29 years, by far the salesman I was dealing with was AWFUL! I was dealing with Phil. Doesn’t call the custome SERVICE!!! I was a dealership tech for 29 years, by far the salesman I was dealing with was AWFUL! I was dealing with Phil. Doesn’t call the customers back, it was like pulling teeth with him!!!! Didn’t keep up with his customers. They had what I wanted so I bought from them, will I ever again, NO! I was the taken over by the Mgr. Pauly. He was just ok… trying to get ahold of his was hard as nails. I’m not sure how or why the keep these two guys!! Then there was the transport company, they were nice, very helpful. I’m really happy with my purchase of this car, I love it a lot! This is my second Vette, a C6 2005. All in all, wasn’t the best experience dealing with them. I wish I would’ve been treated a lot better. Plus the inside of the car was dirty, looks like it wasn’t detailed, candy wrappers on the floor and wasn’t even vacuumed. Door panels were dirty. It’s like they just cleaned the outside of the car so it looked on the website. The passenger side sun visor mirror is broken and falling off. The never disclosed anything that was wrong with it, just how the outside looked and what the cars options were. xxxx THESE GUYS! More

The underside of the nose was so damaged I have had to order 2 new inner fender liners..one was held together with dry wall screw! The front bumper had been repainted...this was never mentioned. Multiple very poorly done paint touchups all over the car..never shown in the photos. The entire car undercarriage looks like it was dragged across a curb...nose, rocker panels and even the rear! No wonder there were no photos of the bottom of the car. Had I seen the car first before I purchased it, I would have walked away. More
