It's not their job to register your car. Buyer beware!!!!! I bought my vehicle on March 31st and I still do not have my registration. I called Al two weeks before my temporary registration Buyer beware!!!!! I bought my vehicle on March 31st and I still do not have my registration. I called Al two weeks before my temporary registration was about to expire and he blamed it on my insurance company that dates were screwed up and that I was suppose to call and figure it out. Well, it was Al who screwed up and didn't correct the mistake. So when I called him upset because I didn't receive my registration he lied and said they mailed it out. But, I could go down to the DMV and pay for a new registration. Then we tried Meaghan who is in charge of handling registering the vehicles. She said it was mailed out on Tuesday from Syracuse. It was now Saturday and I didn't receive the registration that had to go all the way to Utica!! Now Monday morning comes and talked to the office manager. The new story is that now the registration is still at the DMV!!!! How can such incompetent people work at Cortland Dodge??? No wonder they sell vehicles on the internet, they must have quite the reputation in Cortland!! More
