Tom made us feel very welcome. He really did his best to show us the car features and he made us feel that we were important to him. He went above and beyond trying to get in touch with our insurance compan show us the car features and he made us feel that we were important to him. this sales man is the worst sales man i have ever dealt with i have bought cars from dealers before and have been to 10-15 dealers this time looking, so i would know. it was like he didn't want to sell me with i have bought cars from dealers before and have been to 10-15 dealers this time looking, so i would know. it was like he didn't want to sell me a car he keep saying well i guess i cant help you, well this must not be the car for you, you must have been miss informed. i had done research on the car i wanted walked in there knowing ex what car i wanted, he was so bad i literally had walked out of the dealer after trying to talk with him for 20-25 minuets and just as i was getting ready to get in my car to leave a manager had come out to talk with me about what was going on. all i wanted was a fair price for the car and new tires cause the ones that were on it would NOT pass a inspection at a normal shop. my boyfriend had the same exact car color, package, year everything. his has half the mileage on it, less damage to the car inside and out, and he payed a little more then a grand less then i did. so i payed more for a car that has double the mileage more damage and i got worse serves.then when i went to pick up the car they didn't even clean the seat there was food and dirt on the back seats. Tom was a great salesman. He and everyone were so friendly. We had been across the road and they didn't really want to work with us. So we got in our car and went down the road to Royal and we hadn friendly. We had been across the road and they didn't really want to work with us. That is a total turn off to me. Plus their cars are very overpriced in my estimation. So we decided to try Chrysler and were very impressed with Tom. There was no pressure and we were looking for a good used car. I got a brand new car to my surprise. I never expected to buy a new car and be approved for a loan for a new car. Everyone was so friendly we had a wonderful experience and will definately recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Thank you!! More
