Tom sold me a truck a after leading me to believe that it had a specific part/feature. It turned out that my truck lacks this feature, and that it would cost me over $400 to obtain the parts. When I went back to ask if they would do anything to help me, they said they I would have to pay full price, that's not much of a help. The customer service after a sale of a vehicle is terrible.
