Being from out of town and buying a truck through the internet is not an easy thing to do..It is also hard to trust people you don't know. So I made the 2 hour trip to Cortland Chrysler Dodge and I was not disappointed at all. I was treated like a friend not customer. I have bought 3 vehicles form this dealership and all three of them have been very good vehicles. I would buy another vehicle from them hands down not to mention I would recommend them to anyone. They go over and beyond what's asked of them. They do what ever they can to get you into the vehicle you want and in a respectable time frame. I called Greg on a Saturday morning told him that I was interested in a 2007 Dodge Nitro, he had the Nitro at Cortland Chrysler for my husband and I to take a look at and test drive. He was very polite and was a lot of help. We decide on that day that we wanted to purchase the Nitro and by Monday we got the call that we were able to get it and picked it up that same night and we are very happy with it. We have 2 of them and we have purchased both of them from here and the service we got was wonderful. I can't say enough about the sales team and everyone that worked with us in the vehicle we wanted. I do agree with one customer though, I know when I traded my Dodge Caliber in it had a lot more gas in it than the Nitro did when I picked it up. That was my only disappointment. Tom sold me a truck a after leading me to believe that it had a specific part/feature. It turned out that my truck lacks this feature, and that it would cost me over $400 to obtain the parts. Tom said he's had a specific part/feature. It turned out that my truck lacks this feature, and that it would cost me over $400 to obtain the parts. Tom said he's had this problem with previous customers "misunderstanding" this problem, so obviously I'm not the only one he has led on. When I went back to ask if they would do anything to help me, they said they I would have to pay full price, that's not much of a help. The customer service after a sale of a vehicle is terrible. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. More
