My husband and I walked into the dealership with no expectations other than to look at cars new and used and hopefully find something that would meet our needs. We met Chris Henry, told him what we wer expectations other than to look at cars new and used and hopefully find something that would meet our needs. We met Chris Henry, told him what we were looking for and what was suggested to us by friends. He talked to us about the options and suggested we try out the two we were interested in. He was thorough in his explanations and answered our questions. If he wasn't sure of the answer he went to find it. After trying out the Jeep Compass we found it met and exceeded our needs and we wanted to move on to the financing options. After some haggling and decision making on our part, we bought the 2014 Jeep Compass. Chris and all the others involved at Cortland Chrysler are good, friendly, experienced people who are willing to work with you and help you make the deal if they can. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and I would recommend Chris Henry as a sales consultant. We will return here for another vehicle but hopefully not for a long time!!! LOL More

We were greeted by Mike Giovinazzo, and he was very pleasant and had great knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. When we took the vehicle out for a test drive he was very informative with al pleasant and had great knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. He was very helpful and very friendly. He was a joy to work with and would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a car to purchase. Overall one of the best buying experiences that my wife and I have had yet. Greg contacted me promptly, and helped to set me up with an appointment with Mike. Once we had selected the vehicle that we wanted Mike and Nelson helped us to explore all options, both new and used, in order to get us into the vehicle that we wanted at a price we could afford. At the end of the day Nelson found us the vehicle we were looking for on the lot of the sister dealership. From there Darin took over and beat the loan rate of my credit union, and managed to help drop my payment even lower without and tricks or further extending the term of the loan. When it was all said and done, my wife and I are in the vehicle we want, at a price we can afford, and couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. We will certainly be coming back to Cortland Chrysler Dodge Jeep when it is time to purchase our next car. More

Well about a month ago, Kennard and I went looking for a small pick up truck, there wasn't one there that we could afford. Said that truck isn't what u wanted... So about 3 weeks later.. who calls us again, but tom...he has really found the truck we wanted.. with all the work tom and darin did. We got our truck we loved it. please tell Tom thank you again.
