I never expected a NEW car I came into the shop with a limited budget and specific vehicle requests. Ken and his sales team treated me with dignity and like family as soon as I I came into the shop with a limited budget and specific vehicle requests. Ken and his sales team treated me with dignity and like family as soon as I walked through the door. They presented me with several options and displayed a great deal of patience when I needed time to "think about it". In the end I chose leasing a brand new car - yes, me in a brand new car. The payment fit my budget perfectly and I walked out of there feeling like I got a good deal. It seemed to me that the Sales team focused more on the quality of a sale rather than their quantity of sales - which made the experience more personal to me. They just earned a recurring customer. Horrible service department & lemon car I purchased my 2014 dodge dart from them in July 2014 with 44miles on it. First thing we noticed was a horrible loud screech or squealing when you Exc I purchased my 2014 dodge dart from them in July 2014 with 44miles on it. First thing we noticed was a horrible loud screech or squealing when you Excellerated. We were originally told that was normal. Finally my fiancée contacted them and told them this wasn't normal. First time in shop they found nothing wrong could not duplicate noise. Second time in shop they replaced transmission. Third time in shop (same issue) they replaced complete exhaust system. All this was before 1500miles. The loud squealing screeching noise went away but not completely. We took it back in because the car got extremely loud it sounds like a diesel engine running and it shakes at highway speeds. We were told that nothing was wrong and they could no longer help us. So here I am with a car that sounds horrible, shakes at highway speeds (sometimes), also because after they did the transmission they didn't do an alignment it now needs an alignment as it pulls, new brakes, new calipers, new tires, and new rotors. It also is leaking or burning oil (pretty sure burning). You can not turn the AC on anymore as it goes through gas an extremely high rate. You cant use the manual shifting as it will slam into gears when you shift. This car has less than 7k miles on it. We will never be going back to here to buy a vehicle again. We are stuck with a car that junk and a lemon that is way over priced as its value dropped $14k in less than a year. Very very disappointed in this dealership and Chrysler in general. I do hope they decide to make it right but we have been trying to get somewhere with Chrysler for months with no luck. More
