I started having preliminary discussions with Al via text and email (which was extremely convenient to be able to check on breaks during the work day) about which model would be best for me given my desire to lease and acquiring a high mileage. I set up a time to go and test drive the following Saturday morning. I was driving away with my brand new Grand Cherokee in only a few short hours. I was given a great deal and great customer service from both Al and the Sales Manager. I really liked that I was introduced to the Service Manager and given an overview of all of the documentation and features on my vehicle. I have had three Acura's prior to this, which is considered to be a "luxury" vehicle/experience, I could not be happier with my Grand Cherokee and all that comes with leasing a vehicle from Cortland Chrysler. In my opinion, you could not ask for a more luxurious experience from start to finish when getting a vehicle from them, kudos! More

Most AMAZING car shopping experience EVER!!! I had dealt with another dealer for a week!!! It was nothing but back and forth submitting paperwork. I was exhausted!!! Seen the jeep I wanted at Cor I had dealt with another dealer for a week!!! It was nothing but back and forth submitting paperwork. I was exhausted!!! Seen the jeep I wanted at Cortland Chrysler/Jeep filled out the credit app. Within seconds I was talking with Al and by 3pm the next day I was driving off the lot.
