After past issues we had we were tentative to come back. Our son's car (which we purcahsed at this location last February) was up for inspection. I called and made an appointment with Ed Smith. When he called to explain what the issue was he let us know the concern was covered under warranty and the car would be ready by Monday. Picked up the car, Ed explained we would have to drive the car around and come back to have our sticker placed on it. He was patient, thorough and friendly. Thank you Ed Smith for incredible customer service! We will be back again! More
Was very disapointed, i dropped my sons car off, was called rather quickly that he needed brakes-( pads, routers, calibers the whole works). He just purchased this car from you in February. I asked Dino not to do anything and I would call him back. After speaking with multiple people at work I called Dino back and told him that I was going to take the car for another opinion. He asked why and I explained because the price seemed to high. Within minutes the price dropped to $704. I had you do the car but felt taken advantage of and will not be bringing our cars back again. I, who knows nothing about cars need to know that you my dealership is being completely honest with me. When I asked Dino why the difference in price so easily, he said because he was giving us the top quality equipment and that now he was giving us the manufacturers brand. If that was the case why would you not give me the option of top quality or "generic" brand? Over the last 10 yrs our family have purchased 6 cars from you, and within the next two years both myself and my husband will be ready for another. I dont feel confident anymore going to a place that I cannot feel 100% I am getting the best information and an honest deal for me? More
We moved to the Rochester area a few years ago after purchasing our Lincoln Navigator elsewhere. The service we have received from Dino has been nothing short of amazing. He has always treated us as if purchasing our Lincoln Navigator elsewhere. The service we have received from Dino has been nothing short of amazing. He has always treated us as if we had purchased our SUV from their dealership and has gone above and beyond great service on more than one occasion. The dealer that sold us the Navigator was inept and incompetent. The paperwork regarding the extended warranty and maintenance we purchased was either submitted incorrectly or not at all. Dino stayed on top of this dealership until they submitted the correct paperwork that accurately reflected what we paid for. In addition to that, he stayed WAY beyond closing time one snowy, windy night to wait for me after my window got stuck in the open position so I could drop off the car and get a loaner until my window was repaired. When my husband came to see what had happened, the battery in his car died and Dino stuck around even later to give him a jump so we could both make it home safely. Every time I have needed help, Dino has been courteous, kind and ready to do what it takes to solve my problem. As a current or previous owner of BMW, Audi and Mercedes, I have never received this level of service from any dealer, anywhere. Bought a 2006 Escape in February. Took it in for service on July 11 & was told that the noise in the rear of the vehicle that had been there since day one was a bad rear end. Recently had my 04 Mustang in for an oil change. I drive this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. Anyway, last year I unknowingly missed my inspection by a few months. Realizing this, Scott called and asked if I'd like the inspection done early as it was due in July. I was grateful for this consideration and the very real possibility of avoiding a traffic stop and ticket had I let the inspection lapse again. It's these little things that keep me coming back to Cortese Ford. I'd also like to commend the service staff for their professionalism and politeness whenever I;'m in there for service on one of our 3 fords. They're always friendly and willing to answer questions. And I always get a follow up call from Ron which is nice to see hat everyone is interested in making the customer happy More

Thanks to him and his knwoledge of Ford vehicles, my wife purchased her first Ford (2011 Escape) last July and I just took a lease on an F150 based mostly his recommendation on what vehicle I might want to replace the Ford Ranger with. I don't trust just anybody to service my vehicles, but do trust Scott and Cortese Ford. More
My husband and I just bought our used car from Cortese and was very impressed with the fast and friendly service we received. After we bought our car we notice the headlight had some water in it and was and was very impressed with the fast and friendly service we received. After we bought our car we notice the headlight had some water in it and was really cloudy. I called up our sale rep. Wayne Rainey and explained the situation to him and he said to bring it right and would have one of service guys look at. We spoke with Charles Halter and he said they would have to order a new one and would be able to put it in as soon as it came in. The next day we got a call from them saying it was in and to come right up so they can replace. We got there and it took them about 15 minutes to replace the old one. We were so please and impressed with the fast service we received. Most of all we were happy that the $200.00 headlight was covered under our 60 day warranty and we did not have to pay a thing. Thank you Cortese for your excellent service you had given my husband and I. More
I had an 11:30 amd appt and needed my car back in an hour tops to make it to a demonstration I was doing. I had to be there by 1:00 pm to set up and discuss things with my hostesses. I had a free rotation on file and he took my word for it. How many people believe a customer without double checking? I liked that they trusted me as much as I trust them! Not only that...they had me out in less than 45 minutes and I made it to my Demonstration with time to spare! How many dealerships listen to the customer's needs and deliver on time for you???? Great Dealership! I stopped using the dealership I bought my car at (Doan Dodge) because it always came back with more problems than when I took it in AND one person would say one thing and then the next person would not honor it. I only let Cortese work on my car now. They're the only ones I trust to do it, on time and right! Not to mention - EVERY PERSON IS FRIENDLY!!! Being female a lot of Service Departments act as if I don't know anything. Cortese ALWAYS treats me with respect and the same as they treat any man in there. They don't assume female = stupid about cars. LOVE THAT about them! More
