Lisa was wonderful and she did a great job with product knowledge. I was not going to buy an American car, but between Lisa telling me about the Fusion and my own research, I was sold on the car! Very shoddy workmanship, overcharged for anything they ever did for me and never stood behind the new Focus ZX3 I bought new from them. Very poor communication if and when they called me.
