This dealership was by far the best dealership I've ever been too. Having just returned from Iraq a couple days prior to my visit, the sales rep (Sal) was doing everything he could to make sure I left his l been too. Having just returned from Iraq a couple days prior to my visit, the sales rep (Sal) was doing everything he could to make sure I left his lot with a car. Even pushing for a military discount for me. Also when I came to pick up the vehicle I had issues with my bank account and I wasn't familiar with the area. Sal helped me out by getting me to the bank right before they closed. Also after he was done selling me my wrangler he gave us directions on how to get home which was over an hour drive. Well worth it tho as I left a happy satisfied customer. I will be returning to this dealership for my next purchase! More

Tim made my car buying experience a joy. I came all the way from Utica, NY and Tim arranged things so that I could bring my new car home on the same day as my purchase to save me the trip of coming out to way from Utica, NY and Tim arranged things so that I could bring my new car home on the same day as my purchase to save me the trip of coming out to Rochester again. Tim went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and stayed 3 hours after closing time to continue to work with us and to show us all of the features of the car. Tim took the time to get to know my mother and myself and treated us like people, not just customers. He bent over backwards to ensure that we would be able to reach an agreement before I even drove out to Rochester so that my 5 hour round trip drive would not be in vain.
