First I want to say this dealership was Fantastic. They really went out of there way to help me out of the bad situation I was in. As a result I still was able to get a new truck and not be lopsided. The salesman Tommy Ciavarri was one of the best I have ever had and I'm 45 yrs. old and have purchased several new cars. Tommy knew my situation and just layed everything on the table right away. There were no games. He also was very knowledgeable about the product. He was so confident that when I first walked in he gave me 2 dvds about the f-150 and stated after I was done watching them I will want a Ford Truck. Well how very true.... He also let me test drive the vehicle right away without hesitation and showed me the whole truck before I even committed to buying it. His friendly approach and knowledge of the product is what sold me. He also was a good listener and did not push anything on me. This is the guy you want selling you a car or truck. This was our first visit to Cortese, we had not planned to buy a vehicle but had decided to start looking after we saw an ad in the paper. We met with Tizo who showed us the Jeep Liberty we were intereste to buy a vehicle but had decided to start looking after we saw an ad in the paper. We met with Tizo who showed us the Jeep Liberty we were interested in. Tizo was very friendly and had a lot of good advice regarding the vehicles and the different options available to us. He was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. There was such a great rebate on the Liberty's that we decided to purchase one. When we picked the vehicle up Tizo introduced us to several staff members that we could come in contact with after the sale so we would feel comfortable bringing our jeep in for service. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Cortese we had a very pleasant experience. More

I purchased a 2010 Jeep from Joshua and had an amazing experience. I had picked out the vehicle I was interested online (great website!) and ended up coming right in to meet with Joshua. He welcomed me at the door and the truck was all ready to go. I took it for a spin and fell in love. Joshua worked hard with me to get where we needed to be on financing, I am not an easy case. But thanks to Dan O'Brien in financing I am in my Jeep and he is number one in my book! I stopped in shortly after my purchase to have a tech take a look at my tire as the light had come on. My servicewriter was super (I think it was Bob) I didnt get the name of my tech but I was in and out in 15 minutes. In all my years, I have never filled out a comment form for a dealership. I have to say, hands down, best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Not only would I recommend, I already have! Not to mention picked out my next car. Thank you Cortese! I experienced an issue in which I arrived at the showroom based on my voicemail the day prior. Upon my arrival, I found that Joshua was sent to a training session. This caused a small issue as another sales representative needed to restart all of the paperwork over again. I would (and have already) recommended Cortese to others and I will be sure to return to Cortese when I am ready for another new/used car. More
