Car not fixed on time and delivered with dirty I was promised that the car would be ready by the end of the day. It was not done until the next day. When I picked it up the car had dirt and stone I was promised that the car would be ready by the end of the day. It was not done until the next day. When I picked it up the car had dirt and stones on the drivers side floor. This car only had 1500 miles and was brand new in for warranty repair. They only needed to replace the battery that went bad. The women on the phone that took the appointment was very nice and helpful. She even checked with the service department to make sure it would be done the same day before I made the appointment. She also took care of me after the late delivery and offered a free inspection and free oil change next time. Lisa did a great job, but the service center wasn't very good. I am disappointed they didn't put down paper mats first. They even left the old battery cover on the passenger seat. More

Service crew poorly prepared, I came in with a problem and leave with doubts about the car. The problem in the beginning was an oil change, however, there is a lot of mismatched in I came in with a problem and leave with doubts about the car. The problem in the beginning was an oil change, however, there is a lot of mismatched information: in the car manual there is an information, on the dealer's website there is another information and the staff of the service team spoke other information. That's all about the mileage / time for oil change. The problem was that the vehicle start to stall on several occasions and the vehicle was with almost 7k miles. And any indication for oil change appears, and on owner manual and when I get the car was told to me that the car will warning when was time to change the oil. More

Concerns that came in for where fixed but not happy about re Fixed my concern for noise from fan motor. Compleyed drag link recall but not happy with Rams fix for this. Quick service I called for an appointment at 9am for an oil change. I arrived at 10am and told Brian I needed to leave by 11:30. He said he’d do his best. Just befo I called for an appointment at 9am for an oil change. I arrived at 10am and told Brian I needed to leave by 11:30. He said he’d do his best. Just before 11am Brian walked into the waiting room and said “you’re all set Mr. Marra”. I was surprised by the quick and courteous service. While we were settling up the charges I presented my coupon for a $45 sinthetic oil change. I commented that a competitor wanted $94 for the same service. Thank God for Cortese! Quick, courteous and affordable service. More

Great Service Nick Giudice is an excellent service manager. Lisa LaDelfa is wonderful! Our 2015 van goes to Cortese every 3 months for maintenance services. This Nick Giudice is an excellent service manager. Lisa LaDelfa is wonderful! Our 2015 van goes to Cortese every 3 months for maintenance services. This time, it was determined the breaks needed to be replaced. My husband was given a car to be able to come home for meds and lunch since he is a diabetic and as Parkinsons Disease. That is service above and beyond. The maintenance and brakes were completed in an afternoon and all is well. We'll see everyone again the end of June! Have a Happy Spring & Thanks for all you do for your customers!! Please be sure to make clear to the actual mechanics that we appreciate their good work and have for over 30 years!!! More
