Quick, Easy, Timely and Informative I needed to get my T&C Van in for final service and issues check before the extended warranty expired, was just 200 miles short of the mileage end. I I needed to get my T&C Van in for final service and issues check before the extended warranty expired, was just 200 miles short of the mileage end. I called on Friday, and Brian Mitchell was able to get me worked into the following Monday's schedule. Tim Young took great care of me at the service desk, insuring any previous issues that had been recurring were fixed immediately, even finding some other issues to be resolved and covered under warrantee. Tim further advised me on some other services I should look at in the near future. Totally pleased with my service experience at Cortese Dodge. More

Last repair only occurred after dealership wrecked my duely, then put tires on incorrectly, so I had to take it back for correction, while there I had them look at a fuel leak which earlier they had diagnosed as a transmission leak. Took two times to get it right. More

As promised with no hassles 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Due for oil change. Also needed the rear brakes checked; they were hanging up. Bad calipers needed to be replaced. Had to ke 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Due for oil change. Also needed the rear brakes checked; they were hanging up. Bad calipers needed to be replaced. Had to keep the truck overnight waiting for the part but they let me know early into the repair so no biggie. Had been there within the year for pads and rotors. Needed these replaced as well but honored the warranty on their own. Nice to not get taken. More
