(Different excuses everytime). So, I called Cortese and right from the start they were very friendly, even when I was venting my frustration with my experience with a dealer that didn't even involve them. From start to finish every interaction was positive and customer focused. They worked around my schedule to the best of their ability and got it done while I was at work. I know almost every dealer provides transportation while your vehicle is being worked on, but they were quick to offer it as a part of the solution to resolve my issue promptly. I also found that they can use my extended warranty there as well. As a result, I will be going here for future repairs and when my lease is up on my other vehicle I will be going to cortese to replace it! Never loose that customer focus! More
