Coronet continues to go above and beyond just "selling cars". This is the 2nd time I've bought a new car there, and I continue to be 110% satisfied. I saw the car I wanted online, so I called and spoke with Bill Tyler. He did everything over the phone with me, since I live an hour away. I had my car, at the price I wanted, the very next morning, in abo Bill Tyler. He did everything over the phone with me, since I live an hour away. I had my car, at the price I wanted, the very next morning, in about an hour and a half (and they bought my car for a great price, too!)! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I had to bring my sick newborn with me, and they were very accommodating! I will NEVER go anywhere else again! I am going tomorrow for my FREE 60 day check up and oil change! :) More

This was the first time in 30 years of buying vehicles that I really enjoyed buying a vehicle from a dealer.There was no pressure,I moved at my own pace. I worked with Bill Tyler to purchase a car for myself a few years ago, and after a wonderful experience then, I brought my business to him again. I wish I could rate his service as higher than a "5" becaus few years ago, and after a wonderful experience then, I brought my business to him again. I wish I could rate his service as higher than a "5" because he has always gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations in customer service. We were able to buy an amazing Nissan from him, and he was sure to do everything he could to facilitate the sale. After searching online for nearly(3) months I came accross Coronet Dodge in Peru Illinois. Harold contacted me promptly and took the time to in detail give me all of the information I needed to purcha accross Coronet Dodge in Peru Illinois. Harold contacted me promptly and took the time to in detail give me all of the information I needed to purchase vehicle.He even got the financing I needed at a great rate. He even videotaped vehicle that even took customer care to the next level. All that was left to do was get to Illinois to drive vehicle and finalize deal.Harlod even had arrangements to have me picked up at the Amtrack station in Chicago and driven one and one half to two hours so that I could get to dealership.I live in Pittsburgh, PA and will probably not buy a vehicle in Peru, Illinois again, but would recommend Coronet Dodge to anyone looking for great service and professionalism.
