Will never go back After test driving a car, we went inside to get more information (CarFax and pricing) and were immediately pressured into buying. We never had a say in what was going on, much less knew what was going on or what was going to happen next. Any questions we had were avoided. We were just left to sit at the desk and be ignored. To top it off, Coronet wanted us to commit to buying the car without even first discussing the price or trade in, we felt as though we were being railroaded into buying a car. To make matters even worse, the sales manager sat down with us and tried the guilt trip method to close the sale. When that didn't work, it then turned into a game of backhanded insults. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. More

Used jeep I worked with Chad Hannon and he was awesome to deal with! They had a bit of technical difficulties but it was ok. When we arrived we were greeted by Tyler who was very friendly and helpful with locating the vehicle we came to see, without being pushy, During the purchase process we received a fair price for our trade-in and also the vehicle we purchased. Harold was very helpful with the final paperwork and for getting us a very competitive rate on the financing. While the vehicle was being prepped for us, we were introduced to the service manager who promptly gave us a coupon for a free oil change and told us of the free loaners available should we need one. After having a bad experience at a different dealer the week before, we were pleasantly surprised with Coronet of Peru creating a atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and relaxed. More
