I was having warranty service done - windshield washer fluid hose replaced. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes and it ended up taking 2 hours! I had to walk in to see what was going on. The only place for me to buy a vehicle The first time I wandered onto the lot of Coronet Dodge was on Black Friday, November 25, 2011. My wife and I had a dying 2000 Chevy S-10 pickup and The first time I wandered onto the lot of Coronet Dodge was on Black Friday, November 25, 2011. My wife and I had a dying 2000 Chevy S-10 pickup and were interested in a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. Our salesperson, Roy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and an ideal representative for providing quality customer service. That Town and Country served us well over the years, as I kept it maintained through the Coronet Service Department. The service staff was equally friendly, professional, and provided quality customer service at every service appointment. In spring 2016, our 2004 Chevy Trailblazer was beginning to show signs of age and we feared it might be dying. Again, we ventured to Coronet and Roy set us up with a very nice 2016 Jeep Cherokee. We were most happy with our purchases. After this past winter, my wife and I decided we needed to have two vehicles with 4 wheel drive capabilities. So, on Memorial Day weekend, my wife selected a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace our Town and Country. Again, Roy (he had been asking about trading it in for almost 3 years) and the staff at Coronet delivered for us with our automotive needs and wants. My wife fell in love with the Jeep. It had become a source of envy for me, as I also liked it too. She never let me drive it, and that made me sad. This past Friday, I traded in the 2016 Cherokee and upgraded to a 2019 Grand Cherokee for myself. Once again, Roy secured precisely what I wanted in a Jeep. Bill was instrumental in sorting out the finances for us. In all my years of owning cars, Fords and GMs, I have never really kept service going after the bumper to bumper warranty had run out. I have a brother-in-law who owns a body shop that would assist with vehicle maintenance whenever I asked, for cost of parts only. I keep returning to Coronet for purchasing and maintenance of my vehicles for one reason: The Quality Customer Service is impeccable and unmatched from any others with which I have dealt.. The staff are always friendly. They make suggestions and allow me to decide what course of action to take. Steve M. and the rest of the Service Department always takes great care of my vehicles. I noticed I seemed to have fewer issues with vehicles that I bought from Coronet than I have from other dealerships. Perhaps, I am merely getting better quality products. Unlike other dealerships with whom I have done business, Coronet always has maintained a presence of quality customer service, friendliness, professionalism, and empathy. When a repair is of a higher dollar amount than my service visits usually run, Steve gives forewarning to help soften the blow. What I love most about Coronet is that they treat me as I prefer to treat customers at my own job. When I am in Coronet, I feel as if I am the most important person to walk into the dealership for the day. I hope others feel that way too. I really want to thank the wonderful team that at Coronet for all that they do. There are not enough words to truly describe just how great they are. I love being treated as a valued customer every time, this is why my loyalty for automotive purchases and needs remains with Coronet. More
