Untrustworthy. They didn't rotate tires that was supposed to be part of a prepaid service deal. They indicated brakes condition even though clearly they HAD NOT REMOVED THE TIRES, based on the fact that the wheels' lock key was in the exact location and position that I had left it. Additionally, I know the vehicle needs suspension work, but they erroneously indicated it was good. My husband contacted the manager and was subjected to an argument ( to add insult to the injury). Afterwards, the manager agreed to a full refund - "the check will be mailed" within two weeks. Glad I used credit card. More
