By the time I left, I really felt he had become a friend rather than just a salesperson. The financial officer was also friendly and outgoing and made that part of the process stress free. Front wheel bearing bad Came in for an oil change. Asked Ross the quick lane tech to look at breaks, they were soft. He came back in 5 minutes to show me a very bad wheel bearing. Checked with service for an appointment, 6 weeks. Ross said he would check to see if he could get a tech in to fix it. I had to leave for an appointment. 3 hours later I got a call saying it was fixed. Unreal, they saved me. I'm a customer for life. More
My car was not working Car would not start. I had it jumped and it ran fine. Put it in the garage for an hour and went to start it, it started fine, took it to NAPA and had Car would not start. Two hours later I went to start the car and it didn’t start. My neighbor jumped my car and I took it to Cornerstone and left it to be looked at the next day. Jeff felt sure it was the battery, replaced the battery and it has been working ever since. More

Total run around, waste of 4 hours of my time Called to have my drivers seat, repaired. The stitching let go. When I arrived, I was told that there is no one that works on it in the dealership, and no connection to repair it, only replace it? It’s a 50.00 repair job. I drive back home in a loner only to be told replacing cost is 500.00/ seat? So I turn around to hit rush hour traffic . 4 hours of my time for nothing, had the service appointment scheduler, known what the service department did, this could have been avoided. Pathetic! And my bumper to bumper insurance policy, covered nothing, so glad I pitched it. Again for nothing? More
