Again, my first experience at this dealership. I was very impressed with Dave Malice. Dave explained all the paperwork and made sure I was very satisfied with the service. Called me when service on my car was completed. Dave even recommended a new battery which I ended up purchasing. First Nissan for this Honda girl. Dave walked me to my Nissan and explained a few features to me that I had questions about. I hope Dave helps me on every service run!!!! Great first impression customer service rep!
