Someone greeted me upon arrival and asked why I was there. They had be drive into service area and wait for a service writer. It did not appear to be busy so I think the wait was just a little excessiv there. They had be drive into service area and wait for a service writer. It did not appear to be busy so I think the wait was just a little excessive. The service writer was extremely pleasant snd professional. Her name was Ashtine. She said it would take 2 hours snd she would be glad to text me when it was ready. She was on the nose and did text me. If I had one criticism it is that someone should ask you when you arrive to pick up your car, why you are there. People kept just walking past me until I saw Ashtine and she said she would be with me in a few minutes. More
