I called the service dept for my 2021 Nissan Rogue and the gal that I spoke with was rude. I was upset because I had a dead battery and I panicked when she told me they don’t have any appts I said what I the gal that I spoke with was rude. I told her I didn’t need her help and will just come in. Now Hector was awesome 👏 and so was Patrick. I’ve not had any issues with th staff until today. Ohhh and they did not have the battery for my car lol so tomorrow I hope it starts and will be going to another dealership and hopefully they have the right battery. More

I had my car serviced on 2/28 and was very disappointed. I had already left the property to walk across the street. When I returned around 1:45 my car was sitting outside and my adviser was in lunch. They directed me to another adviser who was very unhelpful and defensive when I asked questions about my car. The adviser and the woman who greeted at the entrance of the service department questioned me about if I even knew who my adviser was and said they couldn’t find my car in the system. No apologies for the wait, just poor customer service about my situation.i was told to wait for my adviser to come back in 10 minutes. Around 2 he called and said they weee working on the brakes already which wasn’t happening because my car had just been picked up and moved back in the shop. Finally at 2:40 my car was done. Why would I wait 5 hours with no explanation until I have to make a big deal about it. No apology for the delay. I had to cancel my doctors appointment for 2:50. I’ll be honest if I didn’t have a service contract I paid for I would never return. Once my contract is up I won’t be back. I also won’t buy again from here. Which is a shame because I enjoyed that part of the experience buying my car. More
