Disappointing Experience with Moira Lin at Coral Springs Nissan I recently had a disappointing interaction with Moira Lin at Coral Springs Nissan while inquiring about purchasing a car. Unfortunately, th Nissan I recently had a disappointing interaction with Moira Lin at Coral Springs Nissan while inquiring about purchasing a car. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. During our conversation, Ms. Lin displayed behavior that was unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite my attempts to engage in a productive discussion, she became aggressive and began shouting on the call. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected as a potential customer. As someone considering making a significant purchase, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, Ms. Lin's conduct fell far short of these expectations. While I cannot speak to Ms. Lin's overall performance at Coral Springs Nissan, I believe it's essential for management to address and rectify such behavior to ensure a positive customer experience for all. In the future, I hope that Coral Springs Nissan takes steps to ensure that their employees are trained to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and respect. More
