The service coordinator care didn't seem to care. She processed my car. When the oil change was done. She didn't explain anything very well. She did it while she was walking to the car. Our sales rep Hani was the best! He was not the typical sales person that are pushy. He showed me different cars that I was interested in and then explained everything about the car He was not the typical sales person that are pushy. When my husband and I went to look at cars I was looking at 5 different cars from 5 different dealerships, but I never left here because of his honesty and Hani not being aggressive with trying to make a sale. Freddy from finance was also great in explaining everything. We never left this Nissan dealership Coral Springs because of the wonderful way we were treated! If you’re looking for a car this is a wonderful place to go where even a female can go in alone without feeling being pressured! Great people and wonderful dealership. Had horrible experience with Coral Springs Nissan. Had same experience as Bill's 10/08 review. Shook on deal with store manager. After 45 minutes while I was told "my car" was being detailed, I was Had same experience as Bill's 10/08 review. Shook on deal with store manager. After 45 minutes while I was told "my car" was being detailed, I was told they would not honor deal we shook on. Where I come from, when you shake on something it's a done deal. Apparently not at Coral Springs Nissan!!!! More
