The music at Coral Springs is worse than being in Abercrombie and Ryan, my salesman was nowhere to be seen, took me 6 hours, I was lied to and I wasn’t shown any features of my new car upon leaving. Went to lease a car for our 87 yr old mother. She found the car she wanted and the color. After paperwork was signed rep informed us car was sold. Same car was due in 2 day. Finally informed car would be in the end of the month. Then informed car would be in July 11, 2023. I went to several Nissan dealerships and found the car & color mom wanted. Informed CS Nissan as well so they could do a dealer trade...nothing was done. Then I saw they had the SV in white in stocks. Texted Ahmed & the manager Victor, and Ahmed informed me that was just for advertising...then I went yesterday to dealership and asked a rep how many Sentra's were sold today...5 Sentra's sold and NO one called to let us know they had them in stock...my mom did give them several other color options (just didn't want black). Our guess is they made a deal they can't do... still waiting next atty will contact them. How could they disappoint an 87 yr old woman...so upset... Sorry, no pictures...NO CAR! Call before you go...they post pictures even though they don't have the cars in stock/on the lot. My mom bought vehicle 5/29/23. Car supposedly sold after all paperwork was signed. Promised a car 2 days later, no call no car. GM was "looking into issue". again, no call. Car was due to arrive 6/29/23 now not arriving unit July 11, 2023. My mom is 87yrs old, how much more disappointment can you instill. Saw a car online yesterday 6/28/23 at CS Nissan. I texted Rep, Ahmed & manager Victor..."This is your car" not 5 minutes later " your car is due 7/11/23 we have NO Sentra's in stock... More

From the moment Anthony L reached out to us, assuring us that the car we wanted was in stock (which turned out to be a lie), to the wasted time spent searching for a non-existent car, and the broken promise of a loaner vehicle by a sales manager, it was a series of deceitful actions and unprofessional behavior. The lack of integrity and disregard for our time are unacceptable. I will be sharing my condensed review on Google to ensure others are aware of the deceitful practices they may encounter at your dealership. It is my hope that you address this issue promptly and prevent any future instances of such unethical conduct. More
