Our final salesperson was great Wally but the whole experience was poor, to say the least. After negotiating a deal with the internet salesmanager and confirming before I left on a nearly 5 hour drive experience was poor, to say the least. After negotiating a deal with the internet salesmanager and confirming before I left on a nearly 5 hour drive. It was failure walking through the door. The saleman I had been talking to was not around. I was given a guy whos was on his first day. I was supposed to be able to walk in pick one of two cars and walk out in an hour so I could pick up my kid from practice. Not even close. No one knew what was going on, the deal was not even close to what we talked about before I left, after putting more money down and shown a paper where I was getting 7.34% rate and 24k for my trade in. After 5 hours of being given sales people drove around the lot where cars I was told I could choose from did not exist and back and forth talking about how things were wrong it just got worse. After leaving 5 hours later and getting home after midnight I found out that they gave me higher interest rate and shorted me nearly 700 dollars on my trade. I could go on but this had to be the worse experience I ever had and should of went to Brandon Nissan where I bought my last Pathfinder. I do not suggest this dealership. More
