I immediately headed toward the door but was approached outside by another sales associate who while he did not offer me the numbers that Sergio wrote in his email nevertheless presented me with a more reasonable offer. This was particularly disappointing considering this was the THIRD Altima which I leased since April of this year at this dealership. Fast forward 3 weeks to 9-9-24 and I'm trying to find my account number so I can set up my account with NMAC online to pay my lease. The online HELP states 3 things: (1) I can get my account number from a WELCOME LETTER which I never received (2) I can go to a previous online account and go to MANAGE VEHICLES-didn't work when I entered the VIN (3) I can call customer service to get my account number. The 1st thing the BOT asks me is "WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER?" So I called Sergio Rodriguez who informed me to call back in a few minutes because ACCOUNTING does not open until 10 AM and it was 9:58 AM. I called back at 10:10 am and Sergio transferred me to ACCOUNTING. A lady who didn't know her xxx from her elbow told me that the ONLY person who could help me was George Lopez and transferred me to his line. Naturally I got voice mail and left a message. That was yesterday-no call back. More
