Make your purchase from another dealership. Three months of calling this dealership weekly to resolve an issue. For a third consecutive time on 3 different deals over since 2015, Coral Springs Nissan has proven to be a worthless dealer to allocate your time to. Their current approach is show me someone else's deal since 2015, Coral Springs Nissan has proven to be a worthless dealer to allocate your time to. Their current approach is show me someone else's deal and we will beat it by 1k. They do get aggressive about getting you on the phone, but if an issue crops up in front of them, you remain a low priority to them. Since in baseball you get 3 strikes, I think for the remainder of this deal and any deal thereafter, I have to conclude they will continue to be worthless. prior to posting I sent Coral Springs a copy of this post. They replied with a industry typical take control type they don't do remote deals verbiage. Meanwhile sales managers universally accept a recent Carmax physical appraisal certificate which I provided. To prove the point, I have and just finalized my shop at home deal with zero problems There more careful second reply was sure to boast that they are the number 1 dealership in the world. This type of delusional claim further confusion that they are legends in their own minds. More
