They treated us well, got us a great deal on the car, and had us out on the road quick. It was a great and seamless process I would do again. We are loving the car, and loved the experience of buying through Coral Springs Nissan. More
Warning. Bad Service Experience I have been a loyal Nissan customer for over 10 years. I not only purchased a Nissan, but consistently take the vehicle for service at the local deale I have been a loyal Nissan customer for over 10 years. I not only purchased a Nissan, but consistently take the vehicle for service at the local dealership (all maintenance). My recent experience was so awful that I am writing this message. I have never had a real bad experience in the past. I have had a few situations where the service was not great, but I did not allow it to bother or persuade me to make any changes. My recent encounter has me reconsidering whether or not I want to stay with the Nissan family. Long story short - I have a 2009 Altima that needed some routine maintenance. I took the vehicle in to my local dealer and paid $1200 based on their expert inspection and recommendation. I needed to drive the vehicle out of town the following week so I wanted to make sure that it was safe to drive. What happened next was unfortunate and unacceptable. The quality of work performed for the $1200 was not good. The same evening after I picked up the vehicle the front left wheel started to lock up. The next morning I was taking my daughter to school and the wheel completely locked up. I was fortunate to be in a safe area where I could pull out of the way of moving traffic. I had to tow my car back to the dealership to resolve the problem. It turned out that someone had not put in a bolt correctly. The dealership acted like it was no big deal and fixed the problem. I drove my vehicle off the lot again. My wife noticed when I came home that the front right side panel was not inserted correctly and was hanging out. I took the car back to the dealership a third time to get this resolved. The next day... the splash guard on the bottom of the front came completely loose (for no reason) and was dragging from the vehicle on the street. It almost caused me to have an accident. The dealership had removed the splash guard a few days before when they were fixing the locked wheel. The car was not safe to drive. I had to have it towed again back to the dealership to get it fixed. The dealership blamed the splash guard coming loose on me. They tried to charge me $130 for the tow and repair. I spoke with the service manager expressing concern about bringing the vehicle back 4 times in the same week for what should have been routine maintenance that I paid $1200 for. The service manager looked at me and said "I have tried to help you before, but you left us a bad survey in the past." I was really surprised by this response. I have never left a bad survey. Yes, I have been honest about the service not being great, but I have never complained. If anything, I have been a loyal customer. The car is currently functioning properly, but I did not feel safe driving it out of town. The entire situation has caused me to reconsider my allegiance to Nissan and certainly to my local dealership. I was fortunate to not be in a serious accident on more than one occasion because the work "completed" was not done well and created other problems. Disappointed, but thankful that I am currently safe. Jared Easley More

Great buying experience my 3rd Car from Coral springs Nissan I have purchased 3 vehicles from Coral Springs Nissan and believe me if I had a bad experience as I had at another local Nissan dealer I would never c I have purchased 3 vehicles from Coral Springs Nissan and believe me if I had a bad experience as I had at another local Nissan dealer I would never come back. I started off using the Internet option when starting the process and I ended up working with Internet sales manager Hector Zarama and he was very helpful, professional and courteous throughout the process. Very quick and painless purchase and I felt like i got a fair deal in the end. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle here if it is a brand that they carry. More

They say that something is not right, second visit.... no Automatic climate control broken only 2 weeks after purchase. Gear box problem. First visit. They say that something is not right, second visit.... no problem with the gearbox. Third issue, steering wheel lock (known issue worldwide) fixing in process. But wait, they found after 3 visits that customizations made by previous owner are causing problems. More

Car buying the way it should be Human nature is to complain and write negative reviews and complaints and it's not often people take the time to reward excellence. I, like many, fear Human nature is to complain and write negative reviews and complaints and it's not often people take the time to reward excellence. I, like many, fear walking into a dealer only to get pounced on by a hungry salesperson that looks like he's waiting for his next meal so I typically work with the Internet Dept to work a deal. But - you have to at least visit one dealer live to look at and drive the car(s) you are contemplating, so we walked into Coral Springs Nissan and asked for the Internet Manager. We were greeted by Alvaro Mihalyi and thus began one of the most pleasant car buying experiences you can have. He spent over an hour with us showing us the Rogue and going on a ride with us and we left feeling very good about the dealer and Alvaro. So... after looking at a few more models we decided on a Rogue and exact build we wanted. I asked 4 dealers including Alvaro for their best price up front with specific instructions to itemize the costs from base price to out the door price. I indicated I knew Truecar as well as other discount pricing. I also asked to see what other value the dealership offers. Some dealers simply couldn't follow directions and didn't provide me with an itemized list, some came back with crazy prices (even way higher than their own TrueCar price). One stood out - Alvaro at Coral Springs Nissan. Alvaro listened to what I wanted, provided exactly what I asked for and on top of that was the lowest price by far (beating other dealers by almost 2k). I was happy Alvaro had the best price/value because I wanted to reward him for taking the time with us earlier. We went to pickup the car and admittedly some issues came up that Alvaro was not aware of but he immediately put us at ease and asked for the opportunity to correct the problem and get us more info. He did exactly that and we completed the sale. We drive off the lot with the shiny new loaded Rogue SL and immediately heard a weird intermittent noise (sounded like tire noise). We got home and I found it to be a HUGE lag screw in the tire. Also found a few other small items. Service was already closed so next morning took car back in and met Alvaro - he took care of everything - got a brand new tire swapped out no questions asked and serviced the other small items. Bottom line - if you are looking for a Nissan in the South Florida area you owe it to yourself to go see Alvaro at Coral Springs Nissan. He is a new breed of car salesman, very far from the old school horrors you still encounter. If you are a reasonable customer I guarantee you will have a pleasant experience with Alvaro and leave not only a satisfied customer but with a few extra bucks in your pocket from a great deal. More
2014 Armada - Best Car Buying Ever I have purchased a few cards at Coral Springs Nissan but my last purchase was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. My sales I have purchased a few cards at Coral Springs Nissan but my last purchase was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. My salesman Hector was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. (If you go there ask for him). I had the pleasure of working with the GM Ski Franklin. Never before have I felt like a celebrity when I was buying a car but I did this time. They didn't got back and forth on the price, they gave me the best deal up front. For a GM of a car dealership to take the time to work with me and answer all of my questions (At 10 o'clock at night) is something you don't see anymore. Josh Bourget the Lane Service Manager and Biran Singh are on top of things in the service. The commercials are true when they say they want you to be part of their family. On Halloween my son had to be rushed to the E.R.. Thank god he was ok but Ski checked in and sent over a Halloween basket to make him feel better. Who does that?? That is what makes Coral Springs Nissan so different. They now officially have a customer for life and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to go here. Oh yeah and I was the kind of person who said I would never go from an Armada to another Armada but I did because the brand is that good and the Dealership and Service are even better. Thank you to everyone at Coral Springs Nissan for everything. I can't wait to buy another car!!!!! More
Superb dealership I am taking this time to write this review simply because sales and service here is always beyond standard. I made my second car purchase in 90 days with this dealership and each and every time I walk in Coral Sorings Nissan not only do I get the service I deserve it exceeds my expectations. Everyone is always so kind and generous. I have been loyal to this dealership for 6 years and never would I go elsewhere. Carlos Medina was my sales man and he was just great. His moral in helping me look for exactly what I wanted all the way until I drive off the lot was excellent. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and showed me every single detail in the car before I left that parking lot. Wataski franklin the general manager is just a blessing. He made sure he took me under his wing and worked out all the financials until I was satisfied with my payments. I'll even mention Omar the business manager who not only remembered me from my previous sale but was just so nice and made the lengthy process of signing my contract a breeze! Fast service and excellent customer service! I have been to several other dealerships and none have given me the service I deserve. After all getting into a car payment is a lengthy commitment and you should be completely satisfied with your purchase! Coral Springs Nissan never fails! More
DELIVERED CAR THAT I DID NOT NEGOTIATE This has been a horrible experience and a long story. I went 2 days to negotiate the vehicle that I wanted. There were 2 model Murano SL color Maroo This has been a horrible experience and a long story. I went 2 days to negotiate the vehicle that I wanted. There were 2 model Murano SL color Maroon. Sales person and sales manager showed me Murano model S, Rogue model SL, and Murano model SL. I decided on the Murano color Maroon model SL. There were 2 that day that they stated were identical and told them that I wanted to negotiate the car I test drove which had touch screen radio, blue tooth streaming and supposedly top of the line car with all features. I sat down with my husband, sales person Bruce Kaiser and sales manager Malik and after all negotiation decided to leave to do some researching on price with other dealers. I returned the next day to re-negotiate with sales manager Malik and at the moment he was busy. General Manager Wataski greated us and brought us in his office to find out that there was no trace of negotiating any vehicles that I test drove that day. He was a little confused because he says that all sales manager in order to give pricing have to put cars on the system but it was an error on their part. So I explained to him that I had test drove 3 cars that day and that for the price, features, and overall deal Malik salesmanager advised to go with the Murano SL. So I told him that we had talked about the Murano SL color Maroon and I did tell him that there were 2 of them and supposedly identical. He asked another sales manager there with him at that moment to search for the car and printed out the two that were there and chose one himself without stating or talking about MSRP difference which I did not know. And he manually inserted the price and deal to get to the montly lease price we had talked about. After everything was done and signed he said to pick up tomorrow around noon after they cleaned, inspected and tinted the car. When I picked up the car it was the same color same model but with way less features. I told noticed because I touched the radio and it was not touchscreen and told sales person Stephan to pair with my car and he said it did not have that feature with a very bad and nasty attitude. I was upset and told him that I needed to speak to a manager and he said he was not in. I returned the car the next business day and told them I didnt want it to figure out what they were going to do. They said they had to look at different variables and that they were going to give me a loaner vehicle. When they gave me the loaner vehicle it was the same color and model SL and when I sat in it I told them to look at the car because it was the one I had originally wanted. They said to give them a couple of days. It's been more then 5 days with the loaner vehicle and the case is still pending but GM Wataski already said he would not swap cars, unwind deal or swap radio which is my biggest concern. I had to go above him and make a case with Nissan Corporate with an official complaint about the dealer. I spoke to the owner Michael Resmusen and filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I really hope that this gets solved but I am really unhappy with the fact that if this does not get solved I will have to stay with this car for a 39 month lease. If at the end they decided not to help me I will definitely look for a lawyer and never purchase a Nissan again and definitely no car from Coral Sporings Auto Mall. More
