I'm not one for over embellishment, but I cannot say enough about our purchase experience at Coral Springs Nissan. We did our research in advance, we knew the car and features we wanted and the only thing left to do was select a dealership. That's the hard part. I went through BJ's auto purchase program and was directed to this dealership even though we were already working with another dealer. The Internet Sales Team made the process easy. Most of our interaction was with Bob Retterer, who was superb and helping us match our wish list to an available vehicle, but there were multiple other team members involved which made the whole process a stress free and positive experience. We quickly switched gears and selected Coral Springs is a preferred dealer. Everything went like clockwork and we were treated like knowledgeable purchasers with both courtesy and respect. I Wouldn't Recommend This Nissan Dealership Unfortunately, my wife and myself purchased a vehicle from Coral Springs Honda a few years ago and received superior customer service, which motivated Unfortunately, my wife and myself purchased a vehicle from Coral Springs Honda a few years ago and received superior customer service, which motivated me to bring my business back to this dealership. With that being said, I made a tremendous mistake driving from Miami to Coral Springs thinking I'm going to receive that same service. However, I was so wrong because Coral Springs Nissan is nothing like Coral Springs Honda. In fact, its the worst Nissan dealership in South Florida that I've visited, the salesperson Kiki Hayes and her general sales manager Alain De Rougemont was horrible in providing service and information on the vehicle of my choice. Also, I had to asked Kiki to have Alain put some numbers down so can visualize my monthly payments because I had a hard cap and I wanted to see how close or far away I was in getting the deal done. In short, I wasn't provided with quality or informative information about the sales or rebates that was available at this dealership. I had to ask about the information and at that time, only minimal details was provided. The general sales manager Alain wouldn't come out and meet me at the request of Kiki Hayes. After driving all the way from Miami, in attempted to purchase a Vehicle; I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy because KeKe and Alain failed miserably in trying to earned my business or represent Coral Springs Auto Mall.
