Not only was Julio a great salesperson, but he was also very knowledgable about the car and Nissan brand. We are so grateful to Bijan for assisting us with the financing portion. He helped us get out of a really negative situation with my husband's former car - something no other dealership had been able to do. Bijan went above and beyond to determine a fair resolution with the old car. The whole process was very quick from start to finish, no haggling back and forth, or being abandoned in the showroom for hours. We got an amazing price on the new vehicle. Dishonest Dealings During our negotiations Mr. Locksley Sanderson deliberately withheld the exact monies that would be required. We agreed the total I would pay out-of-pocket was $1000 down all inclusive. However, subsequent to signing all of the paperwork the finance manager, Mr. Omar Nieves, informed me of the requirement for the first month’s payment in addition to the agreed upon $1000 all inclusive. Also, while discussing the lease terms with Mr. Sanderson, he implied I would receive complimentary oil changes for the duration of the lease, which I have received during my previous two leases for being a loyal customer of the dealership (5th lease since 2007). However, Mr. Nieves informed me his manager, Mr. David Peralta, stated free oil changes could not be provided unless it was written down as a condition of the negotiations by Mr. Sanderson. I know this to be false because Mr. Peralta was the same manager who approved the free oil changes when the finance manager who facilitated our previous lease appealed to him at the same point in the processing of our paperwork. I would have preferred an honest denial of the free oil changes instead of being told an obvious lie. It is for these reasons I will no longer patronize this dealership for future leases. I will not refer anyone to the dealership; but will share my negative experiences. Lastly, I will not have my vehicle serviced at the dealership. It is apparent the dealership has fostered a culture of dishonesty amongst its employees. More
