Zero communication among staff. Too many hands in the pot and yet no one can take any responsibility. Got the run around every single time. We almost walked out without the 2 cars that we ended up purchasin and yet no one can take any responsibility. Got the run around every single time. We almost walked out without the 2 cars that we ended up purchasing after being at it for 12+ hrs! The only decent human in that place is Daniel. Truly genuine guy, but the rest of them are crooks and flat out liars! There were so many issues I can’t even begin to name them all but the one that is still unresolved is that we were promised they were going to mail us the spare key to one of the 2 vehicles we purchased (Nissan Sentra SV) because their tech “accidentally took it home or locked it up somewhere where no one had access” (the story changed several times) long story short never got the key a week plus later. When I called to ask if the key was ever mailed I got the run around again. Passed on from rep to rep. Every time I asked for the GM they would say he wasn’t available. When I finally was able to talk to someone (after 3 days of calling) not only was it not mailed but now the new story is that the tech lost the key so now in order for me to get the key at all I have to drive 30 mins out of my way to sit in your dealership in the middle of a pandemic for them to program a new key!? Are you kidding me!? And when I asked to have Bill (the GM) call me back they tell me “sure” and surprise, still no call from Bill 2 days later! Lol! This place is horrible! I would never recommend to anyone nor will I ever step foot in there again! You guys robbed me of a $300 key that is supposed to come with the sale of the car! I was gracious enough to allow you to mail it to me (which obviously never happened). I’m beyond disgusted. You should make this right and mail me a check for the price of the key as I will never go back there again for you to waste anymore of my time or continue to feed me lies! Not to mention I will not hesitate to make this known on google, yelp, etc if this is not rectified. I will accept nothing less than a check for the price of the key at the point. More

Coral Springs Nissan was the 2nd on my list. I was initially disappointed as I felt uncomfortable and thought the person helping me was getting frustrated and impatient. He clearly wanted me to make an immediate decision; however, when I left, the offer was still on the table for me. I went to the other dealerships throughout the weekend. During this time, I received several follow up calls from different people there (none were from the person that originally helped me). Every time I called, I would ask for the person with whom I spoke with previously, but the person that would answer said that they saw the notes and would be able to help me. It was frustrating. When Bill, the General Manager, stepped in, it was like night and day! He spoke with me on the phone and we discussed a deal for two potential vehicles and convinced me to come in. I took my notes and went to meet him that very night. Upon arrival, Bill personally came to greet me and introduced me to Stephen, who is the lead salesperson. I was more than impressed with Stephen as he was so personable and sincere; and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and was able to answer every question I had with confidence. After the test drive, we returned to discuss the pricing and Bill handled everything from there. He also didn't deviate from anything we discussed over the phone. My boyfriend was with me to help me understand and make the best decision possible. We reviewed every option diligently and Bill was so patient with us as we had several questions and concerns. He was sincere and knowledgeable about everything we were doing and met all our needs. At that point, I had no doubt I was getting the best deal. I was then taken to Carlos, the finance manager, and he exuded so much positive energy! I loved the fact that he made sure I was covered with everything important. I am so glad that I returned as this was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. More
