I was a bit frustrated with one of his superiors that I can't recall the name. After accepting the last offer, certain details (maintenance & insurance monthly fees) were not provided to Omar Nieves. I almost dropped the deal, as the leasing would increase by $36 a month. Whether it was a miscommunication or tricky sale pitch I will likely never know. We settled for a $16 increase. After over 3 hours in the dealership I felt I better accept that, if I had spent only 1 hour there I would have left alone with no new vehicle. I left happy with a new car but a bit of a bitter taste. Alex was the great help, it was not his fault, I would recommend him to any of my friends. I cannot say the same for whoever gave me the last offer as that was unfortunately not honored. More

Leather Seats When I received the car it was supposed to have leather seats. I was given a letter promising BLACK leather seats. It would be no problem and they would be in stock. Three months later, I received a call that the leather was in. Several days later I was called to come in. I was given a rental and two days later I came to pick up my car. Tan seats!!!! I spoke to Hector, he said that he would look into it. I am still waiting to hear from him. It has been three weeks. The smell from the glue has finally dissipated to bearable. I had to drive with the windows open, it made me so ill. The sales man that I originally had knew nothing and did not have a good command of the English language. The manager, who was very nice, took care of everything. This was not my best experiance buying a car, although I am very happy with the car's performance. More
