Bad Experience - Never Buying Here Again The Finance Manager agreed to have a few minor things fixed on the used car I was about to buy as part of the deal. I came back in dropped the car off The Finance Manager agreed to have a few minor things fixed on the used car I was about to buy as part of the deal. I came back in dropped the car off and when I got it back only 1 issue was fixed and this was actually an issue the finance manager said they COULDN'T fix. When I asked to speak with him my Salesman (Rich) said he was "busy" even though he kept relaying messages to me. He said "you bought a used car, it is what it is." As if this was not part of the deal. I was so disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the Finance Manager and how he wouldn't even speak to me face to face or fix the issue. More

Financing Experience was Terrible Finance manager Carlos put the papers in front of me and asked me to start signing without explaining anything, when I started asking question he was Finance manager Carlos put the papers in front of me and asked me to start signing without explaining anything, when I started asking question he was hardly helping me, he didn't volunteer to walk me through papers, I had to ask all questions to get details then he argued with me about the first payment and registration fees. He wasn't helpful at all. Terrible experience, won't buy from this dealer again. More
