Leather Seats When I received the car it was supposed to have leather seats. I was given a letter promising BLACK leather seats. It would be no problem and they would be in stock. Three months later, I received a call that the leather was in. Several days later I was called to come in. I was given a rental and two days later I came to pick up my car. Tan seats!!!! I spoke to Hector, he said that he would look into it. I am still waiting to hear from him. It has been three weeks. The smell from the glue has finally dissipated to bearable. I had to drive with the windows open, it made me so ill. The sales man that I originally had knew nothing and did not have a good command of the English language. The manager, who was very nice, took care of everything. This was not my best experiance buying a car, although I am very happy with the car's performance. More

Trade In for new 2020 model David Lopez was attentive, polite a gentlemen. I did need to bring the car back on the 18th because I got a warning of low pressure on the back left David Lopez was attentive, polite a gentlemen. I did need to bring the car back on the 18th because I got a warning of low pressure on the back left hand side tire even though I had already put air in all 4 tires on Sunday which I believe would not have happened if they had truly serviced the car when I first took possession on the 13th. Despite this I was attended to by Moe and Tiana and it was determined that the tire in question had a nail which I believe would have been noticed if they had checked the air pressure before I took possession. My point is that before you turnover a new car to the client everything should be checked and a check list should be shown to the customer so that he or she can be confident that full maintenance has been done. I personally am not a fan of Nissan I always had a Honda but when I bought the previous car 2016 Nissan SR i I liked the appearance etc. When I started to bring it in for maintenance that is when the problems started new CVT Engine apparently NIssan had issues with this, new window shield wiper motor, container to hold fluid rusted casing for battery, new battery and the last straw was rusted undercarriage. Sounds like a lemon to me. Very frustrating and did not give me a fuzzy feeling. I decided to get a new car to avoid any more hassles. I gave you a 2nd chance. I like the Ultima S but the fact that I had to bring it back to you within 8 days I was very annoyed. Thank goodness for the kind response from Moe and Tiana because I would have returned the car back to Nissan. I still have 22 days to do that. I am hoping to keep the car for at least the time it takes to pay it off and hoping I have no more issues and the only reason to bring it to your dealership is for maintenance. More

Great Experience Ive had getting a new car I spent the last month looking at cars and options. Been to so many dealers, including two other Nissans in the area. I walked out of Performance Niss I spent the last month looking at cars and options. Been to so many dealers, including two other Nissans in the area. I walked out of Performance Nissan, typical sales people trying to get over on you the moment you walk. At Coral Springs Nissan, it was the opposite. I first met with Fatima, who immediately greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her I had an appointment with Marquez and she brought him right out to me. Marquez was warm and pleasant. He is in a leadership role and set me up with Abe Hammad to discuss my new lease. Abe was awesome. Knowledgeable and professional, easy to get along with. Understood my situation and got me in a car at my price. The other Nissans were $100 over and completely unwilling to help. Abe walked me through each process, showed me around and made me feel comfortable. He stayed with me through finance and with Vanessa working with insurance (Vanessa also saved me money!) In Finance, Ive been screwed over before so I had my guard up, but working Omar, was too easy. He showed me all the packages but wasnt pushy or rude. He walked me through each option, knew my situation, and I felt like he was on my team. He helped push the bank or approval and I walked out feeling great about my purchase. It was a great experience from start to finish. Abe even called a week later to see how Im enjoying the car. I will send everyone I know to Abe and Ill be back when its time for a new lease. I got this lease during the Covid-19 Outbreak. CS Nissan did a great job following guidelines, wearing masks, and keeping everyone at a good distance. I was quite impressed.
