Financing Experience was Terrible Finance manager Carlos put the papers in front of me and asked me to start signing without explaining anything, when I started asking question he was Finance manager Carlos put the papers in front of me and asked me to start signing without explaining anything, when I started asking question he was hardly helping me, he didn't volunteer to walk me through papers, I had to ask all questions to get details then he argued with me about the first payment and registration fees. I was a bit frustrated with one of his superiors that I can't recall the name. After accepting the last offer, certain details (maintenance & insurance monthly fees) were not provided to Omar Nieves. I almost dropped the deal, as the leasing would increase by $36 a month. Whether it was a miscommunication or tricky sale pitch I will likely never know. We settled for a $16 increase. After over 3 hours in the dealership I felt I better accept that, if I had spent only 1 hour there I would have left alone with no new vehicle. I left happy with a new car but a bit of a bitter taste. Alex was the great help, it was not his fault, I would recommend him to any of my friends. I cannot say the same for whoever gave me the last offer as that was unfortunately not honored. More
