I had my car serviced on 2/28 and was very disappointed. We dropped off the car at 10 to do an oil change and a recall. around 11 was alerted with what items I needed to have done and approved brake pads an We dropped off the car at 10 to do an oil change and a recall. around 11 was alerted with what items I needed to have done and approved brake pads and air filter. I had already left the property to walk across the street. When I returned around 1:45 my car was sitting outside and my adviser was in lunch. They directed me to another adviser who was very unhelpful and defensive when I asked questions about my car. The adviser and the woman who greeted at the entrance of the service department questioned me about if I even knew who my adviser was and said they couldn’t find my car in the system. No apologies for the wait, just poor customer service about my situation.i was told to wait for my adviser to come back in 10 minutes. Around 2 he called and said they weee working on the brakes already which wasn’t happening because my car had just been picked up and moved back in the shop. Finally at 2:40 my car was done. Why would I wait 5 hours with no explanation until I have to make a big deal about it. No apology for the delay. I had to cancel my doctors appointment for 2:50. I’ll be honest if I didn’t have a service contract I paid for I would never return. Once my contract is up I won’t be back. I also won’t buy again from here. Which is a shame because I enjoyed that part of the experience buying my car. More

This is the worst place to take ur vehicle and is the last time I will ever use them for any business.... had a 11am appointment arrives at 10.55 they took 15 mins to get the key with a promise 2 hrs fo last time I will ever use them for any business.... had a 11am appointment arrives at 10.55 they took 15 mins to get the key with a promise 2 hrs for the oil change which when the 2 hrs meet then Santiago telling me that they r a little behind...so for a simple oil change they took 3¹/² hrs...
