Bought my new suv there but I would not recommend anyone to Coral Springs Nissan. I was there the first time for over 4 hours, they gave me the new vehicle and was told to come back again the following day. to Coral Springs Nissan. I waited another 2 hours only to be told that the finance person was unavailable. Had to go back a third time and had to go back and forth for the deal they originally offered me. I love my new car but the experience was below average. So much time wasted. More

I was ;not pleased with the first salesman I was assigned. He was insulting and condescending and treated me like I was an idiot. He and the first Finance Manager insisted that a person who reached assigned. He was insulting and condescending and treated me like I was an idiot. He and the first Finance Manager insisted that a person who reached out by text and phone call from the leasing department did not work at the dealership. I walked out of the showroom I was so disgusted. My lease was not up until 12/31/2020 and I was under my mileage by 11,000 miles; I did not need to close this deal and there are other dealerships in town. The General Manager Bill Peters and Senior Finance Manager (I think his name was Juan - but not sure) ran out in the rain to stop me from leaving the grounds. They asked me to come back in and seal the deal and I told them I would only come back in if they assigned a new sales person, one who was not arrogant or pompous and if they agreed to the numbers that I could afford and did not try to sneak anything else into the deal. The car I was negotiating for was not even on the property for me to test drive. They assigned me a new salesperson - Abe Hammad; he was polite, knowledgeable and kind. With his help, we closed the deal. When I asked Bill who the person was that called me on the phone and had text me from the Leasing Dept, he knew right away who the person was ( so I did know what I was talking about even if the 1st salesperson and finance manager didn't. l I suggested he might want to teach the first salesman I was assigned what being respectful and courtesy means when it comes to selling a vehicle to a woman. We are all not idiots nor should any woman feel like an idiot and be treated like one because she is a woman. My star rating reflects my overall experience. If I had started with Abe, perhaps the rating would be all 5 stars but since you insist on me filling out this survey - I have to call out the people that were rude and make sure you know who was nice and easy to work with (Abe Hammad (salesman), Bill Peter, Moe-B (finance). I wish I knew the 1st salesman I was assigned to that caused me to walk out of the showroom. I believe John is the name of the first Finance Person who also claimed the Leasing Person did not exist. The two of them were just rude. I cannot express in words how awful being exposed to them was. I'm sorry I didn't just keep my current Murano - use up the miles and turn the car in at another time. No one deserves to be treated this way when negotiating a 42,000 car. My lease agreement was for 15,000 miles a year; my Murano barely had 35000. Other than a nice letter apologizing for this incident, it will be interesting to see what Nissan/Dealership will do to take the sting out of my experience and encourage me to tell others to go and buy/lease a car. You asked for my feedback, called me several times to remind me. Sorry that it is harsh but that is on the dealership, I only recounted the truth. If there is a separate evaluation for Abe and Moe-B, I am more than happy to complete it because their good work should not be overshadowed or overlooked because of other people in their office. More
