I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Coral Springs Nissan. After discussing a deal over the phone, via text, and email, I made it very clear that I wanted a 36-month lease, as I was comi Coral Springs Nissan. After discussing a deal over the phone, via text, and email, I made it very clear that I wanted a 36-month lease, as I was coming out of a 24-month lease on a Tesla. Having leased Infiniti vehicles since 2004, I was accustomed to fair, transparent deals and had a great relationship with the Infiniti dealership. However, with Infiniti not offering EVs and my wife not liking Tesla’s products, I decided to explore other options at Coral Springs Nissan. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the dealership, I discovered that the deal they promised was not honored. Instead, they tried to pressure me into paying more, in what felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, especially considering my long history of loyalty to similar dealerships and clear communication upfront. Trust and honesty are fundamental in making a deal, and Coral Springs Nissan failed on both counts. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency or respect for their time. Buyers, be warned—get everything in writing, and be prepared for tactics that prioritize squeezing more money out of you over delivering on promises. I will not be returning and will be sharing this negative experience widely. More

I love I love love Coral Springs Nissan. They are my favorite dealership, because they play better games than you could have found in Toys R Us back in the day. I asked for a quote on a vehicle/SUV in a SV trim. A sales person gave me a quote and said zero down, just your dmv fees. I called to confirm smth 20 minutes later and the price is different already, reason being and I quote: That price was for our sister store in St Augustine not Coral Springs. When would you like to come in we give you a better price? I asked about home delivery, it was ignored. Mind you I live 40 minutes away with traffic would be 50 to an hr. So their favorite phrase from salesperson to a manager is (READY...!!?) - when would you like to come in. I heard that phrase all the time through out a few phone calls I've had with a few different people. So he texted me giving yet another price, no mention of a trim, (he knows Im looking for SV trim) but says this price is 5k miles, meanwhile it was always 10k and I've mentioned a few times 10k miles. Now his favorite phrase when would you like to come in to speak to a manager!? OK I'll speak to a manager, have him call me. Manager calls, when would you like to come in we can appraise your car, I reply car is in excellent condition, which it is and I don't want to waste my or his time, would like to hear the numbers. "I can NOT give you the numbers only finance manager can" when would you like to come in? I can have you in and out in 15 minutes. Sure in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes, I'm yet to see that. So I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, last one offered me to deliver a car and pick my lease return from Miami. Miami is an hr away from me. So if you miss TOYS R US like I do, have fun at Coral Springs, you will really love it here. More
