Extremely saddened by my experience purchasing my maxima, as this is not the first time I've purchased a vehicle at this dealer, however, it will be my last. First and foremost I was lied to more than once b as this is not the first time I've purchased a vehicle at this dealer, however, it will be my last. First and foremost I was lied to more than once by my sales associate, which I will not name, in an effort to give some privacy. I came with an internet quote for a Nissan Altima, and made sure I shared with the sales rep my budget and while looking I came across a maxima which caught my eye. The rep assured me he could get the price lowered and mentioned multiple times that his "nephew" was the on duty manager, and will have no problem lowering the price in an effort to help us both out (him on making the sale and me with a "discount") using nepotism as a sales tactic. The rep also mentioned MORE THAN 7 times, that the specific vehicle I was purchasing did not have an internet price, that it wasn't even on their website. Me, being too trustworthy, took his word and accepted the offer. On a hunch when it was TOO LATE, I got on my computer to see the vehicle that I just purchased with an internet price (which he claimed more than once was NOT EVEN listed on the website, much less have an Internet discount) the same price that he finalized with his "nephew" as my discount of $2000 from the sticker price. So that is issue number one- I was lied to multiple times about the true price of the vehicle and deceived that it was actually true with his sales tactic of nepotism (why wouldn't the on duty manager help out his "uncle") so I didn't look at the moment online, as I placed my trust in this man. I also asked if the vehicle was involved in an accident, and he quickly said this vehicle wouldn't be here had it been involved in any accident, none of their vehicles are of any issues of concern. This is when I asked for the carfax report, which he told me he will email me next week, since it was closing time he could not access it. On another hunch, I took my vehicle to my family member, who owns a body shop, and indeed the vehicle was in some type of accident on the passengers side. Issue number two- the vehicle did not have any rugs, and I asked him if he could please order me some, as I am making a large purchase and am paying a total of exactly $1248.00 in PRE DELIVERY SERVICE FEES (another thing to be cautious of their high dealer fees) which is specifically for "costs and profit to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, ADJUSTING VEHICLES, and preparing documents related to the sale" to be told by the rep he can not do anything about my rugs and proceeds to mention, and advise, that I just purchase some online. I asked more than once, if he could please ask the sales or parts manager to have rugs ordered for my vehicle, and repeatedly told me there's nothing he can do about it. Issue 3- exactly two days after I purchased my vehicle, the brakes began squealing and have done so until today, nearly a month after my date of purchase. Issue 4- I have called multiple times, in an attempt to speak to a manager, address my issues, and come up with some type of a solution for all of this, however, I continue to be transferred to voicemails with yet still no response. I live very far and do not have the luxury to just show up to the dealership, another upsetting factor, as I drove far, to this dealership based upon my previous experience. Unfortunately, I decided to purchase a maintenance plan for my vehicle with this dealership and do not even feel comfortable coming back to have my car services performed here based on this poor experience with my purchase. There are thousands of Nissan dealerships; I chose this one thinking it would have a different outcome than what I've experienced, I advised my friend, who wants to purchase a similar make and model of my car, to highly consider looking elsewhere. More
