I had a good experience with the sales department and customer service. Eric S. was great. I did NOT have a good experience with finance, specifically Carlos Montenegro. When he was reviewing the optiona customer service. Eric S. was great. I did NOT have a good experience with finance, specifically Carlos Montenegro. When he was reviewing the optional contracts on the tablet, there were no prices and he did not explain the costs involved. I inadvertently purchased them and determined after getting home that I didn't want them. When I emailed Carlos, his response made it seem like I did not have the option to cancel them. Thankfully, Tala in customer service provided the cancellation form and expedited the process. More
