This place gets zero stars. The sales associate who sold me my car, Thomas was extremely kind and helpful. However, the managers and finance team are pushy and sneaky. They never explained to me before I dr me my car, Thomas was extremely kind and helpful. However, the managers and finance team are pushy and sneaky. They never explained to me before I drove the car off I was only pre-approved. I didn’t find out until a week later after I got used to the car. They kept calling me aggressively saying that I needed to hurry up and come in “now” to sign additional paper work but didn’t tell me why. I should’ve known something fishy was going on. Omar was the main one being pushy. He called my phone without even identifying himself. I had to ask who was calling. He told me I needed to come in immediately. I told him I was busy at the moment and couldn’t come right away but he kept persisting that I needed to come now. Then, when I got there they nonchalantly told me that my monthly payment went up. They told me that’s what the bank approved. I asked them why they didn’t explain the possibility of my payment going up prior to me driving off in the car and they couldn’t explain. I told them I couldn’t afford the new payment and that I could return the car back in the morning. The general manager was very nasty and told me if I didn’t turn in the car that night then he’d send a towing company to get it from my house. No human decency whatsoever. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. I will NEVER buy another car with this Nissan dealership ever again. They’ve lost my trust! FOREVER!!! More
