I feel like I was scammed out of my money. I was not given copies of important documents and now no one is returning my calls or emails. I was charged for a service contract and maintenance contract in given copies of important documents and now no one is returning my calls or emails. I was charged for a service contract and maintenance contract in which I verbally declined but after looking at my finance charge I see I was charged. Never again will I use this dealership. To think they treat a loyal customer this way is unbelievable! I was not even given a copy of the retail purchase agreement! Horrible experience overall. More
